Confirm the collaboration booking and pay the full agreed amount securely through NOODL.
Payment is held
Your payment stays secured with NOODL while the team completes the agreed work, session, event, or performance.
Collaboration is completed
The Collaboration Lead coordinates the team and makes sure the agreed booking is carried out as planned.
Complete the booking
Once the work or performance is finished, mark the booking as complete so NOODL can release the payment.
Leave a review
Leave a review for the Collaboration Lead after the booking. The Lead can also leave a review for you.

Collaboration work can happen in two ways: you can lead the booking and bring together the musicians or professionals needed, or join a collaboration led by someone else. This can include live performances, bands, recording sessions, events, and other multi-person music work.

You manage the client relationship, bring together the musicians or professionals needed, and take responsibility for the overall booking.
Create your service
Add your service details, pricing, availability, media, and show that you’re available to lead collaborations.
Receive an enquiry or booking
A client can message you or choose one of the booking options shown on your service.
Discuss the booking
Confirm what the client needs, the budget, timing, requirements, and the result they want.
Build the team
Invite the musicians or professionals needed for the booking and assign each person a clear role.
Confirm roles and terms
Agree on responsibilities, timing, deliverables or performance requirements, and payment arrangements with each collaborator.

Review the client and each collaborator you worked with. The client and each collaborator can also leave a review for you.
Join a Collaboration
You join a booking led by another professional, complete your agreed role, and coordinate through the Lead rather than managing the client directly.

Add your service details, pricing, availability, media, and show the type of work you can contribute to collaborations.
Be found or invited by a Lead
A Lead can discover your service, review what you offer, and invite you to join a collaboration.
Review your role
Check the scope, timing, responsibilities, requirements, and payment arrangement for your part of the booking.
Accept the invitation
Confirm that you’re available and agree to your role and the collaboration terms.
Coordinate with the Lead
Work with the Lead on deadlines, files, rehearsals, handoffs, or anything needed for your part.
Complete your work
Deliver your agreed contribution or performance according to the booking requirements.
Get paid
Once the collaboration booking is completed, your payout is released according to the agreed arrangement.
Leave a review
Review the Lead you worked with. The Lead can also leave a review for your contribution to the collaboration.
